Attorney William E. Kass practices in a wide range of fields, including personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and legal malpractice. In 1978 he graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Administrative Law. In 1972 he graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Kass is admitted in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Referral Service (the highest rating awarded by the organization).
Attorney Aaron F. Kass practices in a wide range of fields, including personal injury, traffic offenses, criminal defense, and estate planning. In 2005, he graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. While at William and Mary, he was inducted into the "Order of the Coif," an honor society for those finishing in the top ten percent of the graduating class. Also, while at William and Mary, he was the Student Notes Editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Review. In 2002 he graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in History and minoring in Theology. Mr. Kass is dedicated to representing the injured, protecting the rights of the accused, and helping families protect and pass on their assets.
