Ms. Golski offers more than 17 years of legal experience and focuses her practice on litigation affecting seniors, estates, trusts, guardians and incapacitated persons. Ms. Golski also serves as a Guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults. She has wide-ranging experience in courtrooms on matters relating to fiduciaries, trusts, estates, business, contract disputes, negligence, medical malpractice, and professional liability.

Before launching her own firm to better meet clients’ needs, Ms. Golski practiced with the law firms of Kaufman & Canoles in Norfolk, and later Williams Mullen and The Rack Law Firm in Virginia Beach. Ms. Golski was also an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching legal writing skills and ethics at William & Mary Law School. She served several years as Law Clerk to Virginia Supreme Court Justice Barbara M. Keenan.

Ms. Golski earned her law degree at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William & Mary in 1991. She received a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1984.
